Bad Sales service

Was told if I purchase my furniture in advance it would get put aside from being sold. I purchased my bedroom set a month before I needed it delivered. When It was delivered a month later I was told my bed frame was back ordered 2-3 weeks. I was very upset I was never told that until it was delivered. I called the Sales guy who’s name is Jose Pulido and was told that my bedroom set was only on hold for 1 week. And it was out of his hands. He was very RUDE when I talked to him and very unprofessional. Would not recommend exclusive furniture if this is the way they treat their customers.
