The Sales Rep here only wants your money, I just got my 3er car with them I never had a problem until now! After 3 hours negotiating we agree on a price and the terms. Little that I know Honda financial has not received my last payment on the previous lease. I have spent two months communicating with them and still have not been resolved. People! Be careful what the sales rep tells you is not what's on the final contract Read the contract. On top of everything they reported me to the credit report as late. I am so Pissed!
