Bad return policy, wrong prescription

Purchased two pair of glasses, one was fine, the other not. Coukd not supply frames i wanted so asked for my money back for onr pair, mistake was on their part or tge supplier, i was told no refund. Then got z call they woukd return 70 per cent, and keep 30 per cent cause lenses were already made. Even tho they were wrong, i feel i am paying them for the mistake made. Will look into this further, Hakim does not live up to their reputation. Should have checked reviews first. What can I do, is there going to be a fight over this money, i think yes. I am 70 yesrs old and 75 dollars wasted is zlot of money, i am on pension. John Stubbert
