Used four times. What was I thinking to keep going back!? Technician insinuated I didn't know how I wanted my nails shaped (almond). Never got it even after I showed picture more than once. Said they didn't need photo. Hurt me with drill had to keep asking to stop. Hurt me using their nail to push back cuticle. Now my nails are lifting. Tried to phone owner several times do he could improve their business; they were never available. Don't want anyone else to experience damage I have. Customer is not always right here. Object to rude term used for dissatisfied customer. User's recommendation: Don't go!
