I bought this bed end of September 2018, by march this year the bed was already making noise from the springs, not comfortable sleeping on it. I have reported this to the south gate branch were I bought it. I have been given the round around, no straight solution, and in the mean time I have to sleep uncomfortable every night. Bad service from OK furniture from a guy called *** now he even took a transfer without finalising my issue.
