Bad relaationship with Tide
plactic containers have split, got a refund, then I changed to pods that were defective and at that point tide refused to take care of it.Based on the letter I got, I said to my self, this is it. I am through. I have used Tide since I was a kid, more or less, helping mom, and I am now 82. I have loved it and altho they keep saying its improved every few years not so. Its just as good now as it was then, except for these two issues.Thus I have cut the cost of the laundry soap in half and things are going along well. Live and learn. I think they need to improve all forms of packaging and realize in telling them, they have a choice . they made the choice and so did I.
