Bad quality, bad customer service and hidden fees

We were persuaded by my roommate's brother to sign with CIK Telecom and we did. The first year, the WiFi was lousy, but not awful. When we had to move after a year, I called to sign out of the contract since and we were informed it would cost us over a hundred $ if we cancel before July 2019, so we simply moved. We did pay moving fees and the man came to install our WiFi 20 days after we moved. This year, the WiFi had been in and out in the front of the apartment (we have a very small apartment, maybe 8m x 3m). We called maybe once in three months the customer service when it bugged for several hours and it can take an hour before talking to someone. The waiting music is very out of tone and it is one song that repeat itself. This month, we called them to cancel our contract in July and we've been informed we can't cancel it before July 21th and we have to pay the extra 21 days even if they are caused by the fact their employee came late in July to install it in the new apartment and that we move out on July 1st. Moreover, since we called to cancel, the WiFi quality has been even worse. It bugs now daily.
