Bad products with no resolution & horrible customer service!

We ordered 2 GPS tracking units for our company vehicles. They did not work or report from day 1. I have had several open tickets with tech support and were not able to get them working. After about 1 month they said I could cancel seems how these were not working, they could not get them working as well. Well I am still getting charged for them. I have called them several times. They say they will take care of it. Well another month and yet another bill. I have several emails and open case numbers with Verizon. Horrible customer service and product. We were going to switch our entire company cell phones to Verizon but after dealing with this issue that will not happen ever! User's recommendation: Do not use Verizon!
