bad product but the customer service is worse

2 months ago i bought a bag the material start peeling off. After lots of emails i could send it back for this i got a code to buy online something new but only in their online shop. After long searching i found a wallet of 59 euro the bag was 60 euro as i bought this on sale. I put this in the basket but i stayed in the basket. Again email after email. Again i had to send pictures now of the online purchase. Then i got a mail my purchase has to be more the 60 euro otherwise it doesnt work rediculous! I want my money back very bad service never buy there again unbelievable how they treat someone
