Bad Product & Worst Service

Ticket#8736790, I raised complaint about microwave not working on 27th Apr12. But still its not been resolved. Iam getting false assurance fromcustomer support team and from local service engineers who's way of talking is not acceptable & more of commanding. They say if you want have service your microovan then either bring that to our service center or pay Rs 200/- for pickup and RS200/- drop of your product as part of transport apart from Service charges and other charges applicable during repair. This is very sad that brand like IFB is harassing customers and mental agony. IFB support supervisor confirmed i need not pay for transportation but haven't done anything to resolve the issue. The local area manager doesn't bother to answer the call after assuring he will have my product repaired immediately. Hardly over an year product but giving so many issue. THE WORST PRODUCT I BROUGHT IN MY LIFE & WORST SERVICE SEEN BY ANY BRANDED COMPANY..
