Bad power inverter

I bought the Everstart 1500 watt inverter from Walmart and brand new, out of the box, it won't out out power to anything and the fan stays on making it get really hot. Now can't exchange, stuck with broken crap. And EVERSTART has no customer service number! DO NOT BUY THIS SUBSTANDARD PRODUCT! User's recommendation: Do not buy from this company!!
