Bad plants in my order

I received my 2 half of my order and several of the plants were unexceptionable there was mold and several of the plants were mushy rotted. I am extremely disappointed with this order and would like to be completely compensated by new plants or refund of the purchase price. User's recommendation: I have had good plants in the past and I’m hopeful that they will do the right thing.
