Bad planting and horrible customer service

I hired them to plant 12 arborvitae‘s they are turning brown. We had plenty of rain so much backyard flooded. So why are they dying? Bob customers service told me I didn’t water them enough. Over $3,000 worth of work they don’t have the decency to call you and ask you about their job. Horrible shameful company
