I stop from time 2 time for eats and drinks. The people who work there come and go. Some are friendly others not. At this establishment, one particular so called employee as he claims 2 be is known by other establishments as clean up person who drinks 2 much and passes out in the street. Well when I went to the men's room after eating, apparently this bumb decided to help himself to the tip money I left for the bartender. He then leaves 2 go 2 a bar next door for his dip at my expense. One patron there tells me what 2 expect from an excon. Stay away from the Smiling Moose at all cost
