Bad place to buy Sears parts

Believe the bad reviews. I ordered parts for some Sears items, they accepted my order and immediately charged my credit card. A week later I get an email saying there's a delay and my parts were back-ordered. I thought 'no big deal,' I just need to wait a bit longer. Then, 3 weeks later, another email was sent saying they are now unavailable but back-ordered. How do you backorder something that is "unavailable?" In none of these messages did they give an estimated availability date. I immediately requested cancellation and a refund credit to my card. Still waiting for that to happen. I was able to find the true manufacturer who made the products for Sears. they had the required parts in-stock and ready to ship. I was able to order the parts from them very easily.
