Bad phone service and internet concerns making/scheduling appointment

Original review updated by user Aug 13, 2021 A conflicting urine lab report! also trying to make,cancel or inquire to speak to nurse or any department your phone service is terrible. wait a long time then someone ask why you are calling they connect to department you ask for ,IF system doesn't HANG UP after you have waited or 20min. Please get a new get a a new phone system! User's recommendation: Emory has very bad phone system.
