Bad phone No replacement. No repair

Traded in a perfectly good iPhone, 6sPlus, for same with 128 gigabytes. Slight problems fixed with hard resets. Moving interstate so 30 days went by. Tried Genius Bar several times and no resolution. Emailed for replacement or repair and after two requests was told that the due to the “fragile nature of cell phones” they would not help. I was never told of the “fragile nature” of the phone when I purchased it. Don’t buy someone else’s problems unless you have the phone purchased checked several times. Good Luck
