Bad Part Bad Service

Bought a power steering conversion kit that had a improperly machined proportion valve. Started the return process around the 8th of Aug and got a e-mail saying part was being replaced on the 11th of Aug. It is now the 27th car in shop. cant move it and there pissed. Many e-mails no response called and they re-opened ticket. No communication on there part on whats going on.
