Bad paint job, miss leading

I paid for my car to be painted and they only painted my bumper. When I came to pick my car up they told me with the paint on my car they would have to charge me 3000. So why would u take my money and make me Believe Im getting my car painted then tell me something about the paint already on my car User's recommendation: Don’t go to macco.
