Bad Packets

I buy Crystal Light every week, but for the last few months I get packets that are hard as a brick, no way u can use them. I have been just throwing them away and saying oh well this can happen, but today three of the packets of citris were this way and I have had enough if you want to keep your customers you better check out your product.
