Bought a new Phatmoto bike. All parts came in great....but .. Motor is bad, gets warm in 10 minutes then quits. Called several times and all I got was BS answers. They want me to try to fix the motor??? I bought a brand new bike and I have to fix the motor? Emailed and called several times and all that they can tell me is they are "reviewing" the case??? I did check the motor, everything is tight, has oil , etc. What if I wasa older person who never turned a wrench ? How would one ride the bike with a bad motor?? I did pay through PayPal, is there something I can do to get my money back?
