Bad micro chips, refused to tell me where my dog is.

dog was stolen, I tried to fix paperwork at petland update phone and email. Would not help me. I still loss 4300 on petland credit card. Two weeks of tring ,ownership was given to person who stole dog. User's recommendation: give paper work on policy of chip, be able to update phone and email.chip people send a post card that your dog has been found and here's who has him.
