Bad management.

I have asked for management to call me for 2 months!!! I bought a package and have to book an appointment a month in advance. I have a new born and no help to be able to plan a wax appointment a month in advance. Sarah Ferguson is the manager and I have called every week. User's recommendation: Don’t buy packages here.
