Bad litter not clumping

I love this litter but I think I got a bad batch. It isn't clumping at all and it doesn't control odor. I've spent 1000s of dollars on this product and am upset and satisfaction guaranteed is not what I recieved with this purchase .I guess its covid and they have lost money and dont use the quality ingredients anymore. Sucks.
