Was told I was not liable for certain taxes turns out I was cost me a bunch more money in penalties. Claimed they did not understand what the issue was. Played dumb while bleeding my bank account and dragging their feet. I sent power of att. to them three separate times and they they kept telling me I had to send power of atty before they could move on anything which they never did. Sent them info on tax Liabilities was advised I was not liable and not to pay. They referred me to a payroll specialist I called payroll specialist back and they said they could not help me. Waste of time and money went to local tax attny said many people had same experience.
