I had been paid for insurance on 15 years years ,this is first time I claim on water damages at my roof ,my tiles ,my wall They anwers did not cover for my wall & my tiles cus American leaks estimate said my house build on the low part ,when raining will go to my concrete ! They didn’t cover ,just paid for kitchen fix only We don’t know anything that way we paid for insurance for protect me They should fix for me first & shouldn’t cover if happen again Any part at my house have to claim separately for I have to paid 1000 deduck Do you see that fair for me I don't want to, but if needed I will contact my attorneys. I don’t feel I am being treated justly!
