Bad installer service

I ordered a 14,000 btu air conditioner, they to special order it. Than i waited 2 weeks, installer came about week 1/2, the air conditioner was in the store nobody couldnt find it he left. Came back a week later with another installer. Now this the third time, they left it unfinished, on i went to the Lowes person, he called up Lowes Production. Told them my problem, i hAve pictures of how they put this air conditioner in, very angry the way it was left unfinished. I have bought other big items at the store. Now they are coming back July 27th. If they dont fix this problem. I will call the CEO
