FROM ONEBIGOUTLET MY NAME IS JENNIFER TODD ORDER NUMBER 231886****42 MODEL # 048-GM-48194 WE ARE EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WE ARE NOW ON OUR THIRD ONE IN 3 YRS. WE WOULD LIKE A REPLACEMENT IMMEDIATELY. 214-499-**** User's recommendation: Do more research and ask more informed questions.
