Bad First Time Experience, so NEVER Again

Ordered an item online that their system claimed was in stock, with two available according to that system. A day later, received an email that item was "out of stock," although Old Pueblo Traders immediately put a pending transaction on my debit card for it. That pending transaction is still posted on my debit card, despite the "out of stock" notice, and is "freezing" my cash in the meantime! Reputable companies do NOT charge one's credit or debit card until they have located the item in stock/have it in hand and are readying it for shipment to you. I'm also surprised their computerized inventory system is not too astute. I've often ordered the "last" item in stock from a couple of other online clothing companies over the years, and only once out of perhaps 50 times failed to receive it. What a waste of time, and a monetary inconvenience, too.
