Bad facuet steam

There is a lot of *** to get a replacement part.Just couldn't get one at Home Depot. Had to deal with customer service. Then they had to get approval from manufacturers. That took a week. Told it will be 7 to 14 days to receive part. Meanwhile water is dripping from showerhead. Costing me money. User's recommendation: Do not buy.
