Bad Experiences all around

I would not recommend Cincinnati Bell to anyone. Ever. I had their cable and internet for about a year (before the usual price hike after a promo rate) and had nothing but problems with both. The internet went down about 7-7:30 every night for several minutes and I never got the speed I was told I would get and pay for. They never could give me a reason as to why I always got slow speed. I live near a hub too!! Weather always affected it as well. It always slowed to a crawl during or after a storm. I tried to call technical support, and always got some foreigner I couldn't understand and vice versa. Horrible support. The internet is very disappointing and Spectrum's is so much better. It's the same with their cable tv service. The picture was always freezing up, channels never changed smoothly, there are frequent outages, they kept taking good channels away (including local ones), the sound never matched the screen, and picture quality wasn't very sharp. I would recommend avoiding Cincinnati Bell Fioptics until they have all of the bugs worked out of their software and cable boxes. I had nothing but problems that were never fixed.
