Bad experience with stylist

Went to get shampoo and cut. Amber never put cape on me at shampoo bowl, one towel between me and shampoo bowl. Went to her chair she left me with water dripping down my back,then she ask me how I want it cut. I said I want a Bob, with top layers longest , back shortest and sides a little longer. She told me that was not a Bob, I informed her I had worn my hair in a Bob for 30 years and was always called a Bob. I left after she went off and left me sitting with the wet towel for over 5 minutes. I paid 20 dollars for the half *** shampoo. I will never go back to Smart Styles again!
