Bad experience with a new manager . All the other managers are great

Went to platos closet in west springfield and there is a new manager that denies my brand new sneakers from 2017 and brand new polo jacket from 2018. She does it out of spite and I’m ushaully good with what ever they have to offer.... She’s horrible. Please consider letting her go and I will come come back otherwise. I will sell my belongings at a flea market. Take care
