Bad experience when trying to return an item

I purchased a wedding band foe my husband for christmas. Got the ring. All my husband did was try it on and it was too big. In order for me to return it, i have to pay fod tge shipping, plus pay 20 dollars for them to reclean the ring. This company is a total rip off. #1 it does not cost 20 dollars to ship the ring or to clean it. I would not tecommend this company to anyone.
