Bad experience, Very poor customer service.

I booked a trip with them to go to Ukrania and Moldavia for 8/9/21 and I purchased travel insurance too. Tour Radar cancelled the trip 2 weeks ago and they want to give me a voucher for a different trip refusing to return my money, 2000$.They do not answer my emails...
