I was eating at your restaurant in Frederick, near the Sam's Club on Buckeystown Pike and ordered from the menu and the fries I received were cold. When I went to return them the manager ARGUED with me, rather than just apologizing and continued to argue and wouldn't stop, even after I walked away. 5 minutes later I received a hot order, and this was just part of it and he still couldn't quiet down. Never once apologized. Not good TLC or customer service.
