I enrolled in this program and was referred to a dentist near me. The same day I enrolled, the dentist's office deducted $50.00 from my account, more than a weeks before the appointment date. As I researched the program further, I found the program was not beneficial to me. Also the video reviews were horrible. A few of the alleged patients were searching for words to describe their experience with this dentist. Nonetheless, I closed my file with the program and requested a refund of the $50.00 from the dentist's office. The dentist's office alleged the $50 was to ensure that I kept the appointment on the scheduled date. The dentist office also alleged they only "issue refunds on Tuesdays", however thay will deduct money from individual accounts any day of the week. Well, this is the worse case senerio for entrapment I have seen in a very long time. You should clean up your act because you are headed for a lawsuit, which will cost you several hundred thousands of dollars. Please don't waste your time with this nonsense; it appears to be some type of entrapment scam. Additionally, the employees have no customer service skills and have no idea how to speak to individuals on the phone (no phone etiquette).
