Made on-line reservation for 7 pax mini-van in Ft.Lauderdale, FL in October 2012 and received the voucher from VIP Cars with all correct information. When I got to the rental provider the reservation was for 5 pax full size car. "We don't care about the voucher issued by third parties" - the rental associate replied. Called VIP Cars - could only talk to answering machine. Result - paid for a min-van almost twice of what was quoted, plus $42 to VIP Cars. Despite numerous calls to VIP Cars no refunds were made, Be careful with this rental broker, don't be lured into their good looking deals.
