I went to your store today to buy a cone thread holder, but I could not find one. I know you have them in your store because I bought one in Panama City, Florida. However, I had trouble finding anyone in the store that could help me. At last I found a lady that helped me find it. She was very nice and helpful. Where it was hanging, I would never have found it by myself. When I went to check out I had a 20 discount slip but it was to be used only with an order I guess; not in the store. All of your employees except for the one helpful lady thread me as if their procedures were what was important not your customers. I left feel frustrated. User's recommendation: none. This was just a bad day in your store.
