Ordered 2 #3 large combos with bacon 2 orders of $4meal deals all with root beers additional 2 apple pies and funnel fries total equals 28.60 In drive Thur the order taker was very rude when I asked for and extra cup holder for the four drinks She had a attitude. Waited in drive Thur for about 15min get my food I’m assuming cause it was a long wait the food was fresh at this point I reached my home in less than five minutes I don’t live too far from this location I get home no bacon on the sandwich meat is cold and hard fries cold funnel fries with no powder on it I go back to this location and the same order taker starts laughing as she began to open the window and she takes like three seconds before she slides the window open I explain to her what the problem was and she treated me as if I was being to picky about my food so I asked her is it a problem she looks at me and closes the window in my face I knocked on the window and she returned I tell her don’t worry about it because no I’m not comfortable with someone like her with my food so I’m thinking a manager will come assist me at the window no one comes so she comes back and ask for my debt card I give it to her and I walked away looking at the receipt on the way to my car I relized that i only got refunded 8 dollars and some change when I returned the two # 3 combos and 2 apple pies and funnel fries so I returned back to the window and the sandwich maker came to assist me he was the only one who had professional customer service so the manager comes and show me the receipt of two $4 meal deal with the price on 8 and some change I explained to her that the refund That was refunded was incorrect and she threw my receipt on the floor and refused to help me so stood at the window for a good 5min she ignore me and I ask are u really gonna leave me standing her holding up the line she ignored me again so I got upset and we exchanged some words to one another my words were explaining how customers service works and she kept saying girl please whatever so I am in the parking lot at the location looking stupid waiting on the cops I never felt this way nothing has been resolved yet I’m so upset this is not right
