Bad experience at Avon Indiana palm beach tan

Purchased 60 mts in silver bed on 6/17/2019. Been there many times when it was extreme tanning. I go into the room to tan, bed didn’t open all the way because it was all the way against the wall. Needless to say, hit my head trying to climb into the bed. Bed was then so narrow I had to keep my arms all the way to my side with elbows sticking out, not to mention there was no way to control the air. I asked for $ to be refunded on my way out for my remaining tans I had just purchased. They said it was non refundable, I’d have to purchase a diff bed. Asked for the owner/manager to call me, they never did, so I just called them and the manager said nothing they could do. I paid $67 for 60 mts total in a silver. Such bad customer service I may post my story on the town chatter site. Very disappointing. I used to have a membership to a higher level bed which I cancelled after several months of not going. After I use these mts up, I’ll never ever be back!
