I went to get my hair done from a light purple to light pink ombré I even showed her a picture. While I was getting it done I had my head tilted back in the washing station and lifted my head bc my neck was sore, and she said don't do that I do that. Then we were talking about our animals and I listened to her story than when I was talking she looked away and ignored me and talked to someone else. Also, when my hair was done it was Burgundy. Horrible experience never going back User's recommendation: If you want your hair coloured be careful but it’s a good price I guess.
