What a bad design on the face of the Criterion microwaves. You cannot see the letters or numbers too small and to light on the black face plate. Loved the microwave but took it back to big box store(Menards) and got money back. My boyfriend and I are in our 60's and it is not user friendly for older people. Will not buy another. Had to go to Walmart to find what i liked. User's recommendation: Do not buy!!!
