BAD delivery and customer service

ordered on a Saturday to have delivered Monday. received e mail saying would not be able to deliver Monday but Tuesday. later on Monday was told to call regarding order which I did abs could not understand person on other end have no idea what country. Finally was told order would be delivered Tuesday. WRONG, ANOTHER e mail arrived saying would not be able to deliver. Another phone call was told arrangement no longer available Canceled Order.. went to other site Flowers were delivered fir much less cost. Learned to never order again from LTD
