They damaged our solar water heater on install by over tightening the nipples and over soldered the pipes which causes the unit to rattle. The the pump is no longer working and the solar water heater that we are paying for is only working off electric since the pump is not working. Because they cracked the liner the nipples are almost rusted through and they keep telling us that the repair guys will call but they haven't over the past 4 months.
