If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I ordered two bags. One is ok, but has some Asian language tag on the outside that was not obvious in the picture and the other one smells awful and has a sticky gooey black substance all along the strap edges. I have emailed multiple times about it and said I wanted to send the smelly item back. They said it the matter was sent on to another department. Since then I have heard nothing despite multiple attempts. It has been months. Awful.
