Hi, I am Smita Jain (H749****). I created my profile at Bharat matrimony, then I got the sales call to upgrade the account to paid services. I purchased classic pkg. Later, I started getting suggestions from divorce matrimony which is ur sister firm, specifically I never made my profile there my info from Bharat got share to divorce also. Now I can see more relevant options in divorce so I requested to switch my a/c as is it very less used, clearly becoz I m not getting right matches here at Bharat matrimony. Remaing pkg detail - Approx 2 months left on my pkg, 3 out of 90 contacts seen , no sms used till date. I had a word with Babu from CS today & he clearly refused my request saying this cannot be entertained we have different Operations. So I tried explaining my situation that I did not know this option of community based site at the time of registration & Bharat matrimony is not giving me options of my interest to which he became rude n loud - are you not getting what I m saying n blah blah... When I asked him to connect me to some senior who looks for both the sites, he got offended n again shouted I m senior here you don't understand. Clearly Bala Sir you don't understand your customers pain. I paid Bharat matrimony with some trust & in return after talking to you I felt it was waste of time n money both.
