Bad Customer Service – have to wait hours to get them on phone!

Original review updated by user Aug 09, 2021 Purchased a Doro and it lasted about 6 months. Was under warranty but Consumer Cellular said it was damaged! Had to purchase a new one at my own expense. Recently went on vacation and was told our hotspot would no longer work because they will not support 3G products anymore. Was told it would work off spouse's smart phone. It DID NOT. We had no internet while on vacation. User's recommendation: Go elsewhere - AARP and Consumer Reports are wrong about this company.
