Bad customer service for a first time guest

This was my first visit ti IBC. San Antonio 410 @ Richland hills. A simple deposit for my sister. 9 am on the 1st of June. One teller, & 10 people in line. I waited 24 mins seriously? No pens tp fill out the deposit slips, come on. This is unsatisfactory. I was even thinking of opening an acct here, but not after today. Something has to be done
