Bad Customer Service Chevy Galleria
We bought a corvette about a week ago and asked for a second of key. The sales rep said we have to pay for it and when we told him we will file a complaint. He then called us back and said the dealership will pay for it and set us up for an appointment to have it programmed. Also, the car smelled of gas and we had it checked and our mechanic told us there's a leak. When we got there, the manager changed his mind and told us that we will have to pay for the key. We were furious because of our time wasted and was misled by the dealership. However, the sales rep did the right thing by paying for our set of key. Regardless, the manager was rude and obnoxious. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone at all
